Price Matching policy

At LivWell Pet Care, we offer price matching to help ensure that you receive the best value for your pet’s care. To qualify for a price match, please provide proof of the competitor’s pricing, including a screenshot of the item in the cart with shipping costs included.

To be eligible for the price match, please present this information for the recommended prescription at the time of purchase.

Walk In policy

At LivWell Pet Care, we prioritize scheduled appointments to ensure timely and efficient service. While we typically do not accept walk-ins, same-day appointments may be accommodated based on availability. To minimize lobby traffic and reduce stress for your pet, we kindly ask that all same-day or walk-in clients remain in their vehicles until an exam room is ready.

Sick Pets (Respiratory/Diarrhea) policy

In response to recent outbreaks of Parvovirus and Canine Influenza in the Tampa Bay area, we kindly ask that any pets displaying symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, or other signs of respiratory illness remain in your vehicle upon arrival.  Any canine pets that are unvaccinated and displaying signs of diarrhea and lethargy please remain in your vehicle upon arrival with a fecal sample ready. Please call the clinic when you arrive, and our team will assess the situation. Depending on the severity of the condition, your pet’s exam may be conducted either in your vehicle or in a designated treatment area to minimize the risk of spreading infections within the clinic.

No Show, Late Arrival, and Deposit Policy

At LivWell Pet Care, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, as a small business, every appointment is vital to our ability to provide affordable and accessible care to all pets. To ensure fairness and accommodate all of our clients, the following policies have been implemented due to an increase in missed appointments and late arrivals.
1. No Show Policy
   If you miss two appointments without notifying us in advance (No Call, No Show), a non-refundable $25 No Show Fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.
2. Late Arrival Policy
   If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time on two occasions, a non-refundable $25 Late Arrival Fee will need to be paid prior to scheduling any future visits.
3. Deposit Policy
   To secure your future appointments, a $25 deposit per pet is required. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your visit at the time of checkout.
